Organ Farming
Overview
New Line Genetics is the first company to legally and successfully grow replacement organs in a lab setting. These fully functional organs are sold to hospitals with patients in need of transplants.
Process
- We purchase unfertilized eggs from female subjects and keep them in cold storage until needed
- We purchase DNA samples from both male and female subjects and pay for the rights to their use
- We merge a DNA sample with a denucleated egg and produce an embryonic clone of the DNA donor
- After five days have passed, we extract the existing stem cells from the blastocyst and discard the embryo
- We grow these stem cells in culture and apply the appropriate protein stimulation to cause them to develop into the specific organ we need
- We nurture this organ in our lab for about a month until it reaches a viable state
- We test the final product for full functionality, then deliver it to the hospital that submitted the organ request
- We bill the hospital, and, upon receiving payment, send a check to both the initial egg donor and the initial DNA donor
- Part of our profit goes back into our business, and a dedicated percentage goes into further stem cell research
Benefits
- Organs can be grown on demand, eliminating waiting lists for transplant patients
- Organs produced in-lab are constantly monitored for correct function and vitality, and guaranteed to be delivered whole and healthy
- Genetic pedigree of the organ is known, so the transplant patient will not experience any unexpected problems down the road
- No shock to the organ during transfer; maintained in a homeostatic container from our lab all the way to the operating room
- Costs to transplant patient and hospital are less than a transplant using traditional methods
- People like you can help save a life, and make money at the same time. Please see www.SellMyDNA.com for more details.
